As many will know, CO was founded by James Parsons as ‘Oundle International Organ Week’ in 1985, after the installation of the Frobenius organ in the School Chapel in 1984. The establishing of Oundle International Organ Week was a ground-breaking achievement, and immediately preceding Francesca Massey’s recital in Oundle School Chapel, James will be interviewed by distinguished international organist William Whitehead, one of our 2025 tutors, who is himself a Summer School Alumnus and popular tutor.
Do join us at 8.15pm in the School Chapel on Wednesday 13 August to hear about the fascinating history of Creative Oundle and James’s ground-breaking vision in founding it. Stay and revel in Francesca’s recital afterwards!
