Pastoral Care

COfO prides itself on its pastoral care. Our house parents, drivers, tutors, and staff create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where all students can thrive.
You may view our child protection and House Rules policies on the Safeguarding, Pastoral & Social Inclusion page of our website. Infringement of House Rules may result in a student being sent home early from a course with no refund.
Bursaries
We have never turned away a student for financial reasons. If you wish to apply for a bursary, click the button to go to our online Application Form. We will contact you with advice and help. In due course you will also need to complete a course Application Form.
Refunds Policy
In the event of cancellation by the applicant, the refund of fees will be as follows:
• 1 month or longer before course start date: 80%
• 1 month or less before a course start date: at the discretion of the Director
COfO reserves the right to make changes to the courses advertised in our brochures if unforeseen circumstances arise.
