David moved to the Oundle area in 2020 following nearly two decades working in cathedrals, where he combined work as a professional organist with running community arts programmes. He was Assistant and Acting Director of Music at Peterborough Cathedral until Covid and, having benefitted from Creative Oundle for Organists courses as a teenager, was delighted to contribute more recently as a tutor. He now works in the Civil Service but retains an active freelance musical career as an organist, choral director and teacher.
